What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and motivate a landscaping crew to deliver beautiful, high-quality installations
  • Run a crew where you will manage daily production, communicate with managers and maintain quality
  • Communicate clearly with clients and teammates to keep projects on track
  • Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and on budget
  • Operate landscaping tools and equipment with care
  • Take pride in turning designs into finished landscapes you can stand back and admire

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
  • 1–2 years of landscaping experience (installation and/or crew leadership)
  • Strong work ethic, leadership, and attention to detail
  • Solid organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
  • A growth mindset — eager to learn and lead
