About the Role
With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects across Southeast Queensland, we're looking for experienced Landscape Leading Hands to help deliver high-quality landscaping and civil works projects.
Working closely with our Landscape Foremen, you'll lead crews on-site, coordinate daily activities, and play a hands-on role in creating exceptional outdoor environments. Key Responsibilities
Landscaping Operations
Deliver high-quality landscaping works safely, efficiently, and to project deadlines
Construct timber and pool fencing, gates, and related structures
Complete soft landscaping works including planting, mulching, turfing, bush regeneration, watering, and river rock installation
Perform hard landscaping works including drainage, retaining walls, edging, slab preparation, bulk earthworks, and stormwater infrastructure
Leading Hand Duties
Lead and motivate site crews to achieve daily production targets
Plan, allocate, and oversee daily tasks in line with project schedules
Supervise and support landscapers, labourers, subcontractors, and trades
Assist the Foreman with site coordination, quality control, and project delivery
Promote and maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience as a Landscape Leading Hand or in a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of landscaping methods, materials, and construction practices
A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front
The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality standards
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
White Card and current Driver's Licence
Certificate III in Landscape Construction (preferred)
Skid Steer Ticket (highly regarded)
