Landscaper (Immediate Hire)

Ironclad & Co. is seeking reliable, hardworking Landscapers to join a growing team. This is an immediate‑hire opportunity for individuals who take pride in outdoor work, enjoy physical activity, and want stable, year‑round employment with a company that values its people.

You’ll work on residential, commercial, and institutional properties performing installs, grounds maintenance, and outdoor improvement tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Landscape Maintenance — mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and debris removal
• Planting & Mulching — trees, shrubs, flowers, sod installation
• Irrigation Support — basic troubleshooting, adjustments, and reporting issues
• Equipment Operation — mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers
• Safety Compliance — follow all company and site safety protocols
• Maintain clean, professional work areas
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or sealcoating experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions for long periods
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with commercial landscaping, paving, and sealcoating
• Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
• Valid driver’s license
