• Support the Legal & Compliance team in handling a broad range of legal matters in the e-commerce environment
• Draft, review and revise contracts and legal documents, particularly in the areas of data protection, IT, employment, intellectual property and e-commerce law
• Support the implementation and adherence to compliance requirements and internal policies
• Conduct research on current legal developments and prepare legal assessments and recommendations for action
• Work closely with various internal departments to identify legal risks at an early stage and develop legally sound solutions

Qualifications

• Successfully completed First State Examination in Law
• Strong understanding of business contexts and an interest in digital business models as well as the technology and fashion industries
• Broad interest in different areas of law, particularly e-commerce, IT, data protection, employment and intellectual property law, as well as sales law and compliance
• Careful, structured and independent way of working, combined with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
• Confident user of MS Office or Google Workspace
