Lead Booker (Part-Time) – DivaDance North Las Vegas

Position Type: Part-Time (10 hours per week)
Rate of Pay: $17.50 per hour, plus bonus (based on memberships sold)
Location: Remote / North Las Vegas Market
Schedule: Flexible hours including evenings and some weekends

Position Overview

The Lead Booker plays a key role in growing the DivaDance North Las Vegas community by converting leads into active clients. This role focuses on direct outreach, relationship building, and consistent follow-up to book new clients into weekly classes.

This is an ideal position for someone who is outgoing, organized, and passionate about connecting with people and promoting a fun, empowering brand.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Outreach & Booking

• Call potential clients from the waitlist and MindBody lead management system to book them into classes
• Conduct calls to introduce DivaDance and educate prospects (confidence calls)
• Clearly communicate the value of DivaDance and the North Las Vegas dance community
• Convert leads into booked clients each week
• Follow up with clients to strengthen our conversion rate and encourage more of them to join as members

Client Communication

• Send and respond to text messages to engage and book clients
• Provide timely, friendly, and professional communication
• Answer questions and guide clients through the booking process

Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing

• Maintain consistent weekly follow-up with leads
• Re-engage inactive or undecided prospects
• Track conversations and booking progress

Other Duties

• Fill in as client engagement host at the studio as needed (greet clients, check in client, educate potential clients of membership options)
• Other duties as assigned

Brand Representation

• Communicate DivaDance values: confidence, inclusivity, fun, and community
• Represent the energy and culture of the North Las Vegas market

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (phone + text)
• Comfortable making outbound calls (warm + cold leads)
• Sales, booking, or customer service experience preferred
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Positive, energetic, and personable attitude
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly

Success Metrics

• Number of calls made weekly
• Lead response time
• Conversion rate (leads → booked clients)
• Weekly class bookings

Schedule & Expectations

• Part-time hours with flexible scheduling
• Consistent weekly outreach and follow-up required
• Availability to contact leads during peak response times (afternoons/evenings/weekends)
