Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead Salesforce implementation, optimization, and management at Applus+ IDIADA from a business perspective. This strategic role bridges business needs and technology solutions, transforming sales processes through effective system implementation and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

• Manage and mentor a team of 2 Salesforce professionals
• Coordinate activities, assign tasks, and monitor performance
• Foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement

Salesforce Implementation & Business Analysis

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects and enhancements
• Analyze and translate user needs, management requirements, and company objectives into effective Salesforce solutions
• Maximize platform capabilities while minimizing unnecessary customization
• Ensure best practices in configuration and business process design
• Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Identify opportunities to streamline sales workflows through technology

Reporting & Business Intelligence (Team Oversight)

• Integrate data from Salesforce, SAP, and other tools to provide holistic business insights
• Define, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales operations
• Extract actionable insights and communicate findings to management
• Coordinate development of dashboards and visualization tools

Data Management & Systems Integration

• Oversee database management, data mining, and data cleansing activities
• Manage data flow between Salesforce, SAP, and other enterprise systems
• Conduct regular data quality assurance activities
• Establish data governance standards

Training & Enablement

• Develop training materials in the learning management system
• Lead training sessions with Salesforce team support
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Gather user feedback and translate it into actionable improvements

 

Qualifications

Experience & Technical Skills

• 5-7 years in business analysis with CRM focus and proven Salesforce implementation leadership
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, SAP integration, and enterprise BI tools
• Expertise in sales process reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence
• Experience with data mining, visualization, system integrations, and APIs
• Proven track record managing teams and translating business needs into technical solutions

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional projects
• Ability to define and track KPIs for complex sales processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
