Business Development and Acquisition Sales Team Management Why Join As a Business Development and Acquisition Sales Team Manager at OCBC, you will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for driving business growth and acquiring new customers. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of sales professionals, develop and implement sales strategies, and contribute to the bank's overall success. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the banking industry, a strong sales background, and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will also need to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure that the team is always ahead of the curve. What you do Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and acquire new customers Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure that they meet or exceed sales targets Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal stakeholders Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with overall business objectives Manage sales performance metrics, including sales targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction Who you are At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking industry Proven track record of success in sales and team management Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Who we are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
