Lead - Digital, Data & Platforms Engine (DDP)

Job Summary

The Senior Managing Consultant (Lead – Digital, Data & Platforms Engine) will serve as a core delivery and capability anchor within pcl.’s Digital, Data & Platforms backbone.

This role is responsible for strengthening pcl.’s digital architecture, embedding automation and analytics into client delivery, and shaping reusable digital products and IP that power both the Transformation and Capability & Learning Pillars.

Initially, this role will operate across all three DDP service areas:

• Digital Enablement & Workflow Automation.
• Data, Analytics & Intelligence Systems.
• Platforms, Products & IP Development

As the engine scales and senior leadership is hired across the other two areas, this role will transition to sit primarily within Platforms, Products & IP Development, with a strong firm-wide integration mandate.

This is a shaping role not just delivering digital components, but designing how digital underpins pcl.’s operating system and client value proposition.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proven ability to design and implement workflow automation and dashboard systems.
• Strong understanding of data governance, performance architecture and digital integration models.
• Experience working with LMS/LXP platforms, analytics dashboards, CRM systems and/or low-code environments.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic requirements into technical delivery structures.
• Strong problem structuring and consulting toolkit.
• Ability to operate across strategy, process and digital domains.
• Strong stakeholder management skills — able to influence Partners, Chiefs and client executives.
• Comfort operating in evolving environments where architecture and standards are still being built.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication capability.
• Professional maturity and ability to balance innovation with governance discipline.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science and Related Field.

8–12 years’ experience in digital transformation, data systems, workflow automation, analytics or platform implementation within consulting or professional services
