Schedule: Full-time
- Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7am-3pm, Friday & Saturday 7am-11am (Can be flexible on start time for Friday and Saturday to get a total of 40 hours)
Wage: $16.25/hour

What You Get to Do:
A Lead Direct Support Professional is responsible for the coordination of services to the individuals served, including finance, medical, recreation, program services, family contact/involvement, education, and household management. A Lead provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect.
- Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
- Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
- Perform housekeeping and laundry duties
- Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.
- Assist with financials and documentation.

Qualifications
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Valid Drivers License (due to transporting persons served)
- Candidates must be comfortable driving company vehicles to transport persons served as required
- Some positions/locations may require your own personal vehicle and auto liability insurance based on the role
- 18 years or older

- A successful background clearance is required as part of the onboarding/employment process
