Marketo Marketing Operations Specialist / Senior Marketing Automation Manager Purpose Own end-to-end marketing automation strategy and execution on Marketo platform, ensuring campaign delivery excellence, data integrity, and program optimization. ________________________________________ Major ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution
  • Build and deploy email campaigns with proper segmentation, QA, and activation workflows
  • Maintain and expand multi-step nurture/triggered campaign frameworks
  • Execute A/B tests (variants, audience sampling, statistical significance)
  • Manage landing page + form creation, publishing, and validation
    • Program Setup & Activation
  • Design and launch web form programs (guides, reports, whitepapers) using templated frameworks
  • Execute content syndication (API integrations, manual uploads)
  • Own standardized event programs (regional, webinar, virtual, in-person)
  • Configure audience segmentation using smart lists, filters, and manual exclusions
    • Data & Operations
  • Validate, normalize, and process MQL and non-MQL data uploads
  • Maintain data quality standards and hygiene protocols
  • Document and audit program performance and lead flows
    • Third-Party Integrations
  • Adapt and execute email programs across third-party platforms
  • Manage API-driven syncs and manual data exchanges

  • 3+ years Marketo platform experience (or equivalent marketing automation)
  • Proficiency in segmentation, lead scoring, and workflow design
  • Strong Excel/SQL for data validation
  • Campaign management and QA mindset
    • Nice-to-Have
  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE)
  • Experience with Salesforce/CRM integration
  • HTML email literacy
  • Event management platform experience
