Lead Landscape Designer/ Architect/ Sales

Looking for Landscape Architect or Designer who want to join our landscape design/build team. 

We are a team of ridiculously silly people who produce a ridiculously serious product.

We are a landscaping company located in FAR East Austin that specializes in xeriscaping, native Texas plants, and green design. We are a small design/build landscape company that provides design and installation services to homeowners and local companies that share our vision of maintaining a natural, sustainable ecosystem in our city.

Sales

1. Take initial Installation meetings with clients to understand style, scope, and material selection.
2. Correspond with client throughout pre-sale process to establish design and budget.
3. Assemble bid package for client. 

Design

1. Create 2D and 3D Landscape Designs to scale for residential and small commercial work. Design work done with SketchUp, V-ray, and Layout. 
2. Create beautifully drawn designs while conveying important construction notes for our crews. 
3. Stay in communication with clients and project manager on design details.

Base Pay $45K-50K

Plus commission (10k-15k). 

Health Care options, 2 Weeks of PTO, Holidays, and good times after 60 day trial period.

Qualifications

1. Landscape Architecture degree and/or 2 years experience in design.
2. Proficiency with SketchUp, V-ray, and Layout. 
3. Familiarity with biding projects
4. Ability to work in the field (I.e. lift over 80 LBS frequently, dig holes, and move wheel barrows. 
5. An open mind and open heart.
