About this role

Acronis is a global leader in cyber protection, delivering AI-powered protection for productive MSPs in a single, natively integrated platform that unifies operations management, cybersecurity, and data protection. Driven by our mission to protect, manage and automate every workload that businesses and lives depend on, we’ve built the industry’s only all-in-one solution.

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager who will own the product strategy and roadmap for partner-facing business tools that help partners acquire customers, grow their business, manage opportunities, and expand their relationship with Acronis. This role is at the intersection of Partner Program, Sales, AI, data, and automation to transform complex partner sales journeys into intelligent, scalable digital experiences.

The Lead Product Manager will collaborate closely with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to identify growth opportunities, define product requirements, and deliver capabilities that directly contribute to partner growth and Acronis business outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Partner Sales & Growth capabilities within the Partner Portal and unified partner console.
  • Own and continuously optimize the end-to-end partner sales journey, including opportunity and deal creation, deal registration, qualification, conversion, upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and expansion.
  • Build intelligent tools that help partners identify and act on growth opportunities, including AI-powered recommendations for upsell, cross-sell, next-best actions, product adoption, tier progression, and commitment growth.
  • Define AI-powered sales workflows and experiences that turn partner, customer, product, and business data into actionable recommendations and guided sales motions.
  • Develop capabilities for AI-assisted business and sales planning, helping partners identify growth potential, prioritize opportunities, set targets, and track progress against business goals.
  • Build scalable partner acquisition and activation capabilities, simplifying the journey from prospect or newly recruited partner to productive, revenue-generating partner.
  • Evolve partner relationship management capabilities, providing partners and internal teams with a unified view of opportunities, growth potential, engagement, performance, and recommended actions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual sales and partner-management processes through AI, workflow automation, data-driven decisioning, and self-service experiences.
  • Partner with Sales and Channel teams to deeply understand partner and field workflows, pain points, commercial priorities, and growth opportunities, translating them into scalable product capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from discovery, business case and requirements through delivery, launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and track product KPIs including partner activation, deal registration and conversion, upsell/cross-sell adoption, partner revenue growth, tier progression, feature adoption, and reduction of manual sales effort.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI, automation, CRM, and sales enablement technologies and identify opportunities to incorporate them into the partner experience.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 10+ years of product management experience, preferably with B2B platforms, sales technology, partner ecosystems, CRM, revenue growth, or business automation products.
  • Proven experience owning complex digital products or business platforms from strategy and discovery through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales journeys, including opportunity management, deal registration, pipeline management, upsell/cross-sell, renewals, partner acquisition, and account growth.
  • Experience designing data-driven and automated workflows that simplify complex business processes and improve commercial outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled product experiences, including recommendation systems, intelligent workflows, copilots/assistants, predictive insights, and next-best-action scenarios.
  • Ability to translate complex business processes and commercial requirements into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to define product KPIs, evaluate business impact, and use data to drive prioritization and product decisions.
  • Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and other business functions.
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity, identify opportunities proactively, and drive initiatives across organizational boundaries.
