- Supervise and guide other wait staff when necessary to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor pantry supplies and ensure adequate stock of beverages, snacks, and serving materials.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of service equipment and utensils.
- Assist with hospitality arrangements during corporate functions and special events.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when serving senior management and VIP guests.
Requirements
- 2–5 years as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant, hotel, or catering environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
- Prior experience training or mentoring junior staff
- Coordinating service teams during peak hours.
- Understanding of menu planning, food pairing, and beverage service.
- Certificate or diploma in hospitality management, food & beverage service, or hotel operations.
- Training in customer service, food safety, or beverage knowledge.
