NextShining is seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Houston, TX.

This position is designed for individuals who are interested in developing their leadership, communication, organizational, and business management skills. The Leadership Development Associate will work alongside experienced team members and leadership to gain exposure to daily operations, team coordination, performance improvement, and professional development initiatives.

The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in leadership and professional development initiatives.
• Support daily business operations and team coordination.
