Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate programmes, including early talent
- Support apprentice recruitment/interviews
- Deliver and organise inductions
- Manage learning logistics and communications
- Monitor eLearning and feedback
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience supporting early talent programmes
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent organisation and coordination
- Stakeholder engagement skills
- Data awareness and attention to detail
