Learning & Development Officer (Sales Trainer)

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to support the needs of the Sales team in the field.
• Conduct training sessions for the Indodana Sales team, including onboarding, socialization, and refresher training.
• Evaluate training programs to ensure their effectiveness.
• Conduct regular visits to Promoters to ensure the implementation of policies and procedures in the field.
• Regularly review and update training materials.
• Prepare regular training reports and documentation of training activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or in a related field.
• Experience working in the fintech industry is preferred.
• Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Knowledge of sales.
• Willing to travel for business purposes.
• Placement in Jakarta (Plaza Bank Index / Wisma KEIAI).
