Qualifications

Manages work flow documents related commercial real estate and lease
execution. Creation and routing of lease deal memos, rent commencement
triggers and lease cost analysis.

Actively track departmental
leasing projects to assist Real Estate broker specialists and status
reporting. Monitors work guidance and performance measures to meet goals
for delivery of leasing completion targets. Assists and advises
external real estate brokers and outside counsel in resolving problems
and issues that arise with individual leasing projects.


Bachelor"s degree in related field or equivalent experience; Minimum of 4
years experience in successful task lead or supervisory role; Detail
orientation and good organizational Project skills; Demonstrated
interpersonal/communication skills; Strong MS Office skill set required.
