Leasing Professional (Part Time) - Lakestone Apartments- Ann Arbor, MI

We are seeking a Leasing Professional in Ann Arbor, MI at Lakestone Apartments who is energetic, goal-oriented, and enjoys new challenges. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a team player. Previous property management experience is preferred, but not required.

This role is temporary with advancement opportunities within KMG Prestige available following completion.

Part time estimated around 25 hours per week.

• Marketing and networking skills
• Tax Credit, HUD and Section 8 experience
• Phone and email etiquette
• Strong communication skills
• Sales experience
• Availability to work a flexible schedule
• Organizational skills
• Computer knowledge
