岗位职责：

• 支持团队开发可持续发展业务，提供数据研策，内容界定与业务建议，协助团队进行业务创新
• 在为项目提供的评价项目中，担任绿色建筑与可持续发展项目负责人，执行和参与绿色、低碳、ESG、能源与可持续发展咨询业务相关的任务
• 为团队提供绿色建筑、健康建筑认证咨询业务，包括中国绿色建筑认证、中国健康建筑评价、LEED、BREEAM等，低碳建筑评价、碳咨询业务的项目执行，负责项目全程跟踪、执行以及文件制作等
• 参与企业与资产可持续发展评价，熟悉国内外ESG评价标准
• 研究国内外碳中和政策与披露体系，碳中和而披露平台，气候变化与风险咨询分析，为业务发展提供研究决策分析报告
• 研究和分析可持续发展和ESG的发展与政策分析，ESG框架，国际财务标准，绿色金融、ESG评级等
• 支持和维护管理客户关系，推动业务发展
• 支持商务拓展相关的工作，服务建议书、业务拓展资料与政策规范调研等工作

Qualifications

专业背景：

• 大学本科或以上学历，倾向于建筑，环境工程，可持续发展或相关专业，具备在管理和咨询公司工作经验更佳
• LEED AP/WELL AP，具有3年及以上可持续发展建筑评价工作经验，具备独立完成认证工作的全部流程
• 能够熟练应用书面英语
• 具备较好的沟通能力、责任心以及团队合作精神，能够在紧迫的期限内独立工作
• 良好的项目管理能力和学习态度，项目规划、团队组织与工作协调等
