Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required, along with experience operating general office equipment such as copiers, printers, and scanners.
Requirements
- 1 year of administrative experience in the legal field preferred
- Interact with facilities representatives and building management
- Coordinate office IT/tech issues with internal Help Desk and outside vendors as needed
- Perform general office administration, including processing vendor invoices, managing check disbursements, record keeping and communication
- Receive, log, and track subpoenas
- Support Partners with special projects and marketing events
- Coordinate with the firm's HR and Marketing personnel

Expected hourly rate of compensation is $20/hr - $22/hr, depending on experience (DOE)
