Job responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.

Job requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a technology or AI-focused company.

• Strong knowledge of contract law, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven track record of managing complex legal matters and providing strategic legal advice.
