Legal Officer - Surabaya

What you will do:

• Conduct legal reviews of borrower documentation to ensure that there are no errors regarding the authority and capacity of the signatories.
• Prepare, draft, and review letters, agreements, and other related legal documents.
• Propose recommendations to resolve legal issues and/or mitigate legal risks.
• Coordinate with notaries regarding signing schedules, registration of security/collateral, and other matters related to credit agreements.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years experience as legal officer/associate in financial services institution or bank
• Good knowledge of secured lending and engaging collateral
• Ability to work in dynamic fast-paced team environment
• Capable of working as both individual or a team player
• Self-motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks
• Able to multitasking
• Meticulous and well-organized
