Liaisonman - Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between onshore, offshore teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Manage personnel mobilization, demobilization, crew changes, and offshore movements.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, permits, and site access.
• Follow up on visas, medicals, training certificates, and required documentation.
• Maintain manpower and personnel movement records and reports.
• Liaise with HR, Logistics, Operations, HSE, clients, and relevant authorities.
• Resolve day-to-day personnel and logistical issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with client and company requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant liaison/coordination experience.
• Proven offshore and Gas experience is Mandatory , Onshore and Oil & Gas experience also requried.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of offshore mobilization and personnel logistics.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good command of English.
• BOSIET/H2S and relevant offshore certifications preferred.
• Mandatory Certificate - IADC certificate
