Licensed 310T Truck & Coach Technician

Position Overview

As a Licensed 310T Technician, you will be responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of heavy‑duty trucks and trailers. You will work with well‑maintained equipment in a supportive, team‑oriented environment and play a key role in ensuring fleet reliability and MTO compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on heavy‑duty trucks and related equipment
• Complete vehicle inspections and ensure MTO compliance
• Troubleshoot engine, transmission, braking, and emissions systems
• Accurately complete work orders and service documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support emergency and after‑hours repairs as required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Ontario 310T Truck & Coach Technician License
• Previous experience with diesel or heavy‑duty equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair procedures
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
