Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time telehealth position serving clients in Indiana. The LCSW will assess needs, guide treatment, maintain documentation, and support clients through structured virtual care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote clinical assessments and client screenings

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active Indiana LCSW license in good standing
