Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + full benefits

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide comprehensive telehealth therapy services to individuals, couples, and families throughout Alaska.

This position involves conducting clinical sessions, completing assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting client progress. The LMFT will support clients navigating relationship concerns, family dynamics, and mental health challenges while delivering consistent, high-quality care in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through telehealth
• Conduct clinical assessments and identify client treatment needs
• Develop and modify individualized treatment plans based on client progress
• Apply appropriate therapeutic interventions to support client goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust care approaches when appropriate

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• LMFT license in Alaska required.
• Experience working with a variety of clients.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with others.
