What we offer our Licensed Master Journeyman Plumber:

• Company truck provided with gas card; All tools provide
• Benefits: 12 days of paid vacation; Medical/Vision/Dental Insurance, paid holidays; 401K.
• Typical schedule is Monday- Friday + occasional overtime.
• Total Compensation is $104,000 a year; hourly rate of $50.00

Requirements of a Licensed Master Journeyman Plumber:

• Applicants MUST have a current Master Journeyman Plumber's License in MI state
• Plumber will drive company vehicle (Must have clean DMV)
• Leadership skills to manage a jobsite
• Training skill to share and develop installers to a plumbing role
• Able to effectively relate and communicate with all levels of employees and clients.
• Must be dependable - must demonstrate thorough follow-up and responsiveness
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations

Licensed Journeyman Plumber Responsibilities:

• The Licensed Plumber will oversee the installation of bath and shower system fixtures per plumbing code
• Training and developing key installers to install plumbing fixtures
• Managing customer interactions during installation process while troubleshooting a service call via strong communication, efficiently identifying potential source of issue, addressing incorrect installs and proper testing and demonstration to client of repairs/alterations upon completion
• Responsible for updating Production Manager on status of various jobs

• Pay: Competitive Hourly compensation ($50.00+ per hour)
