Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide virtual mental health services to clients in Connecticut. This role is ideal for an LPC who wants to work remotely while continuing to provide direct, thoughtful, and structured therapy.

You will meet with clients through secure video sessions, guide them through treatment goals, and provide support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and major life changes. The role requires strong clinical judgment, clear documentation, and the ability to create a professional therapy experience online.

Location: Connecticut

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth counseling services to clients based in Connecticut
  • Complete assessments and gather information needed for treatment planning
  • Help clients develop coping strategies and work through personal challenges
  • Create, review, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Keep accurate session notes and clinical records
  • Use secure technology to deliver therapy and protect client information
  • Identify client needs that may require additional care or referral
  • Maintain a reliable, professional presence in every virtual session

Requirements

  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Connecticut
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience providing therapy, counseling, or outpatient mental health services
  • Comfortable working with clients through video-based therapy
  • Strong documentation, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
  • Reliable internet connection and private workspace for telehealth sessions
