Tasks
As our Lifecycle Marketeer, you make sure every customer, prospect, and partner gets the right message at the right moment. You build the sequences, content, and campaigns that keep TAGGRS top of mind, from first touch to customer and/or loyal advocate.
Our aim is to build stronger connections and lasting relationships with our customers, prospects, and partners.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and optimizing HubSpot sequences for all TAGGRS customer segments and lifecycle stages
- Creating sales materials for targeted outreach and follow-up
- Owning email marketing: newsletters and TAGGRS "what's new" updates
- Producing community updates that keep our users engaged and informed
- Developing partner marketing content that supports our growing partner ecosystem
Requirements
You think in customer journeys and know how to translate them into concrete, working campaigns. You're structured, write well, and don't lose sight of the bigger lifecycle picture. On top of that, you have:
- Experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation (SaaS or martech is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or a similar marketing automation platform)
- Strong writing skills in English; Dutch is a plus
- A proactive, independent way of working. You take ownership of your own campaigns
- Affinity with data, tracking, and marketing technology
- Bonus points if you have experience creating sales enablement content
