We’re looking for a List Builder who’s excited to discover the right creators for every campaign, turning brand briefs into highly relevant, strategic creator lists. You’ll combine research, data, cultural awareness, and strong judgment to identify creators who truly fit each brand, audience, and campaign objective.

Must-haves

1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, talent sourcing, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role.

Hands-on experience researching, sourcing, and evaluating creators across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Strong understanding of creator and brand fit, including audience demographics, engagement, content style, market relevance, and brand alignment.

Ability to translate a campaign or client brief into clear creator selection criteria and build targeted lists accordingly.

Strong knowledge of social media trends, creators, digital culture, and emerging communities.

Ability to work with high volumes of creator profiles and multiple briefs simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Strong research skills and attention to detail, with the ability to go beyond obvious or repetitive creator choices.

Comfortable working with data and performance metrics to support creator recommendations.

Strong organizational skills and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Nice-to-haves

Experience working at an influencer marketing agency, creator platform, talent agency, or fast-growing startup.

Experience sourcing creators for campaigns in music, beauty, entertainment, CPG, or lifestyle.

Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, social listening tools, or creator discovery tools.

Experience using AI tools to accelerate creator research, analyze profiles, identify trends, or improve sourcing workflows.

Experience supporting campaigns across multiple markets, particularly the US and LATAM.

Has an eye for creators. You can look at a brief and quickly understand what kind of creator makes sense, beyond follower count alone.

Is naturally curious. You enjoy going down the rabbit hole of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, trends, communities, and emerging creators to find profiles others might miss.

Is highly organized and detail-oriented. You can manage hundreds of profiles, multiple briefs, and changing requirements without losing track of the details.

Takes ownership. If a list isn’t strong enough, you don’t wait for someone to tell you. You keep searching, refining, and improving it.

Is AI-curious. You’re excited to experiment with AI and automation to research faster, identify better matches, and improve the way creator sourcing gets done.
