Live Streaming Support (Operator)

About the Role
As a Livestream Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our livestream events. You will assist with the technical setup and operations, engage with our online audience, and help create unforgettable experiences during our broadcasts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and operation of livestream events, including camera setup, audio configuration, and streaming software.
• Monitor livestream feeds to ensure high quality and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.
• Engage with viewers during livestreams through chat moderation, answering questions, and facilitating discussions.
• Work closely with the marketing and content creation teams to plan and execute livestream events aligned with our promotional strategies.
• Analyze viewer engagement data post-event to provide insights and recommendations for future livestreams.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in livestream technology and platforms to optimize viewer experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 year of experience in livestreaming or broadcasting environments is preferred, including familiarity with streaming platforms / marketplace & social media platform.
• Strong technical skills in audiovisual equipment, streaming software, and online engagement tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage an audience effectively.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the capacity to remain calm under pressure during live events.
• Ability to work flexible hours, e-commerce tools, including evenings and weekends as needed for livestream events.
• Passion for technology and an interest in the smart home industry is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• The ability to operate graphic design and video editing software would be a plus.
• Willing to co-host whenever the host needs something else or others
