Loading Operations Engineer Supervisor |D.S|IQF|

We are looking for a dedicated Export Loading Operations Engineer Supervisor to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that all frozen strawberry cartons are loaded for export with top-notch quality standards and in compliance with destination-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the loading process of strawberry cartons for export to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Conduct thorough checklists for each batch before dispatching to designated countries.
• Ensure no quality issues arise during the loading process.
• Coordinate with the quality control and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and address any discrepancies or issues before shipment.

Job Mission

• Ensure that every batch meets export quality standards and arrives at its destination without defects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture.
• Previous experience in logistics, quality control, or food production (preferred).
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• Must be a resident of 10th of Ramadan, Belbeis, or Zagazig.
