Security Operations Supervisor at HUB

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee site security operations. The role involves managing access control, monitoring attendance, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and company assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all security operations at the assigned location.
Monitor and record daily attendance (check-in / check-out) for employees and workers.
Control and track all entries and exits (employees, visitors, and vehicles).
Ensure proper implementation of security policies and procedures.
Conduct regular patrols to maintain safety and prevent any security breaches.
Report incidents, violations, or suspicious activities to management.
Coordinate with HR regarding attendance records and workforce tracking.
Manage and guide security guards, including shift scheduling and task assignment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company rules.
Handle emergency situations efficiently and professionally.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role.
Previous experience working in 10th of Ramadan City is a must.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to handle pressure and solve problems quickly.
Basic knowledge of attendance systems and reporting tools.
Flexibility to work different shifts if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in industrial or factory security is a plus.
Familiarity with access control systems and CCTV monitoring

تنظيم ومراقبة حركة الدخول والخروج (موظفين – زوار – سيارات).
تطبيق وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات الأمن الخاصة بالشركة.
القيام بجولات تفقدية دورية لضمان سلامة الموقع.
الإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات أو حوادث أو سلوكيات مشبوهة.
التنسيق مع قسم الموارد البشرية بخصوص سجلات الحضور والانصراف.
إدارة فريق الأمن (توزيع الشيفتات – متابعة الأداء – توجيه الفريق).
التأكد من الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية.
التعامل مع حالات الطوارئ بكفاءة واحترافية.
المتطلبات:
خبرة سابقة كمشرف أمن أو في مجال مشابه.
يُفضل أن يكون لديه خبرة في العمل بمدينة العاشر من رمضان.
مهارات قيادية وقدرة على إدارة فريق العمل.
مهارات تواصل جيدة وإعداد التقارير.
القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط وحل المشكلات بسرعة.
معرفة أساسية بأنظمة الحضور والانصراف.
مرونة في العمل بنظام الشيفتات.
مميزات إضافية:
خبرة في تأمين المصانع أو المواقع الصناعية.
معرفة بأنظمة المراقبة والكاميرات (CCTV).
