Local CDL-A Truck Driver - Dedicated Home Daily

Drive locally on a dedicated account based out of Windsor, CT. High-earning W2 position featuring top-tier mileage rates, generous accessorial pay, and full company benefits with daily home time.

Pay & Bonuses:

• Average Earnings: $1,600 – $1,850 weekly ($104,000 annually)
• Top Performers: Earn $2,500+ per week
• All-In Effective Rate: ~$1.89/mile (CPM + accessorial pay combined- see pay below)
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500

Experience-Based CPM Pay Scale:

• 0–11 Months: $0.73 CPM
• 1–2 Years: $0.74 CPM
• 2–3 Years: $0.75 CPM
• 3+ Years: $0.76 CPM

Additional Accessorial Pay:

• Unload Pay: $240 per fully unloaded trailer
• Backhaul Pay: $75 per backhaul
• NYC Borough Pay: $250 per delivery (utilizing 26 ft pup trailers)

Schedule & Route Details:

• Job Type: Local / Home Daily
• Weekly Mileage: ~900 miles per week average (approx. 3 loads per week)
• Freight & Handling: Dedicated retail freight. 100% touch freight (live unload at stores, piece-by-piece/box-by-box using rollers).
