Position Overview: Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a Otolaryngology NP/PA to join our Medical Center on a six months Locum Tenens basis, with a start date of August 2026. The role involves scheduled clinical hours only, seeing an average of fourteen (14) patients per shift in an outpatient setting. Come join us in providing quality care to our community!

Requirements

• Board Eligible
• Licensed in Oregon State
• BLS Certification Required
• Active DEA Required
• No Additional Certifications are Required
• Fellowship Status Preferred
• EPIC Preferred
