- Attend events and conferences as needed, with the flexibility to accommodate occasional evening or schedule changes
- Travel within the DACH region approximately one to two times per month to meet partners and represent the company at industry events and conferences
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 - 5 years of working experience in travel, specifically at a TMC, OTA, or hotel
- Professional fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
- A track record of building and maintaining strong partnerships, always seeking win-win outcomes
- A fast-paced self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable working in a sometimes ambiguous environment
- Curiosity and a collaborative approach to identifying opportunities and implementing solutions
- Flexibility to travel regularly within the DACH region and attend events and conferences as required
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
