Monitor, guide, and participate in the preparation of Material Planning, analyzing the Factory Schedule and the last 3 months’ history through the system, respecting quantities and stock policies for each item, setting shipping dates and controlling receipts, ensuring the supply of components for production.

Follow up with suppliers by contacting them via email/phone, confirming placed orders regarding delivery times within the agreed deadlines, and informing Production Planning and Control for any necessary schedule adjustments.

Daily contact, via email/phone, with carriers to coordinate matters related to component delivery dates and times, following up on receipts to help organize the movement of goods within the Company’s premises.

Arrange the shipment authorizations with the Supplier / Freight Agent, for the purpose of collecting from them.

Monitor raw materials and auxiliary materials through meetings and the integrated system, classifying them using ABC curve analyses, aiming to adjust the component stock to the Production schedule, ensuring the continuity of production processes according to Company procedures.

Participate in weekly meetings to align on issues related to tracking leftovers, shortages, and balances of PHI / PHO items, deactivated or newly contracted suppliers, among others, aiming to guarantee the supply of Production.

Be responsible for the analysis of critical items, involving items for short-term use (less than 15 days), carrying out monitoring of receipts, rescheduling, new orders, among others.

Research, via an integrated system, alternatives for replenishing missing materials, analyzing them internally or with the Engineering area, aiming to find a similar component to replace any shortage in delivery by suppliers.

Perform other related activities.
