About the team

Your mission

As a Logistics and Warehouse Specialist, you will assist with the implementation of various logistics processes, including goods receiving, inventory and warehouse management, order picking, shipping, customs, and transportation management. Your goal is to ensure that operations run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of inbound and outbound goods processes
• Perform visual inspections of incoming goods, ensure proper storage, and document delivered materials
• Pick and pack materials and ensure their timely availability for internal projects and manufacturing processes
• Support regular stock checks and inventories and ensure accurate inventory levels
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse
• Support material supply in close cooperation with Procurement, Production, and Engineering
• Provide general support to the logistics team and hands-on assistance during bottlenecks in other areas of logistics

Qualifications

• Initial experience in warehouse logistics, goods receiving, or warehouse operations
• Independent, careful, and structured working style
• Reliability, ability to work in a team, and a high sense of responsibility
• Familiarity with standard warehouse management software or ERP systems is an advantage
• Physical resilience and good practical/manual skills
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of working as part of a team
• Forklift license is an advantage
