Logistics Coordinator - $20-$21 per hour

Parallel Employment Group, in partnership with a Fort Atkinson, client is seeking a qualified Logistics/Inventory Coordinator to join their team on 1st shift!

This is a critical role within our operation. The individual will be responsible for coordinating incoming materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, communicating with vendors and suppliers, scheduling inbound deliveries, monitoring component and consumable inventory levels, and working closely with our Project Managers and Production team to ensure customer projects stay on schedule.

Long-term, temp to hire opportunity!

1st shift – 6am – 2:30 pm (hours can vary). Monday through Friday and possibly some Saturdays.

Wage: $20-$24 per hour; based on experience.

Requirements

Key qualifications include:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Strong computer and email skills
• Inventory control and cycle counting experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work with vendors, project managers, and production personnel
• Proactive mindset and attention to detail
