Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments in line with company procedures.

• Ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time.

• Manage procurement from approved suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with GMP and other applicable regulations.

• Identify and implement improvements to logistics and supply chain processes.

• Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and suppliers.

• Maintain accurate logistics documentation and records.

• Monitor supply chain risks and support business continuity.

Qualifications:

• Relevant university degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.

• Experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work in complex spreadsheets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy.

• Experience from a GMP- and/or ISO-regulated environment is considered a strong advantage.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

• A flexible and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. The ability to communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, is also required.
