INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW 

We're looking for a summer intern to join our Logistics team and gain hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations that keep our supply chain running smoothly. This internship offers direct shadowing experience with logistics coordinators and operations and supply chain data analysts, providing a front-row view of how orders, shipments, and data come together to solve problems and enhance the customer experience. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Shadow logistics coordinators to learn how shipments are planned, tracked, and resolved when issues arise. 

• Work alongside operations and supply chain data analysts to understand how logistics data is collected, organized, and used to support decisions. 

• Assist with day-to-day activities such as securing truckloads and reviewing delivery and transportation cost trends. 

• Help document and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal and external teams. 

• Identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvement based on data, observations, and team feedback. 

• Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and complete a small project or presentation by the end of the internship to showcase what you learned. 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Currently a junior or senior pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field. 

• Genuinely curious about how things work and interested in understanding the why behind a process, not just the steps. 

• Detail-oriented and able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. 

• A collaborative team player who communicates well, asks thoughtful questions, and is eager to learn. 

• Comfortable with, or eager to learn, Excel and spreadsheet tools; exposure to data analysis or AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot is a plus.
