Logistics Specialist – English - (Based in Johor)

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or operations is an added advantage.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of information accurately.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning new systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays (if required).

Responsibilities

• Review and process logistics-related cases in accordance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Investigate shipment issues, service requests, and operational discrepancies to identify root causes and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Verify shipment information, delivery records, and supporting documentation to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor logistics workflows and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics, transportation, and fulfillment-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of case activities, investigations, and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, operational guidelines, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify trends and recurring issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other logistics and operational support duties as assigned.
