Description of main tasks:

Outbound Management:

Support a dispatching worker to book appropriate vehicle sizes based on volumes of delivery for customers

Warehouse Management:

Verify production plans and manage warehouse storage to optimize space.

Inbound Management:

Process inline-slitting products in the SAP system upon receipt.

Conduct receipt and inspection activities for imported finished products and master batches.

Weekly Cycle Counting:

Regularly conduct cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy(every week).

Support blue color workers to do cycle counting efficiently

Staffing Management:

Allocate suitable temporary workers based on the scheduled delivery volumes for the next day.

Pre-shipment Inspections:

Perform inspections before shipment to prevent errors.

Safety Management:

Hold daily Gemba meetings to ensure safe work practices and foster a safe environment.
