Looking for Bright Energetic Person to Sell Bedding Items on Live Auction Apps

Paradise Pillow is a leading U.S. manufacturer of bedding products — proudly made in Philadelphia for over 35 years. We supply hotels, retailers, and online customers nationwide through our family of brands, including The Linen Factory and Digital Decor. We’re expanding into live shopping platforms like Whatnot and TikTok Live, and we’re looking for an energetic on-camera personality to help bring our products to life!

We’re seeking a charismatic and detail-oriented Live Auction Host to run live sales and auction shows featuring bedding, pillows, comforters, and home essentials. The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, can engage an online audience in real time, and understands the fast pace of live e-commerce.

You’ll be responsible for planning, hosting, and managing live auctions across Whatnot, TikTok Live, and similar platforms — while representing our brand’s quality, authenticity, and “Made in USA” story.

Responsibilities

• Host live auctions and sales events on platforms such as Whatnot and TikTok Live

• Engage and entertain the audience, showcasing products in an informative and personable way

• Prepare products and show scripts ahead of each broadcast

• Manage live inventory, bids, and order flow during the show

• Monitor audience interaction and respond to comments/questions in real time

• Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to schedule shows, plan themes, and ensure smooth operations

• Track performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion rate, etc.) to help improve future shows

Qualifications

• Comfortable and confident speaking on camera in a live setting

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Prior experience with live streaming, hosting, or sales (preferred)

• Knowledge of TikTok Live, Whatnot, or other live selling platforms (preferred)

• Reliable, organized, and able to work from our Philadelphia facility

• Interest in home goods, textiles, or retail is a plus
