Loss Mitigation Specialist

In 2015 we placed more than 6,000 contractors across select 100+ clients that we service. Experience:

• Two years experience in sales, customer service, collections or related call center experience preferred

• Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English)

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred

Skills:

• Excellent listening, oral & written communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Professional phone etiquette

• ability to de-escalate

• Good follow up skills

• Persuasive negotiation skills

• Microsoft Windows and Internet-based applications experience required

• Basic typing/data entry skills

• Strong ability to identify potential loss situations and make appropriate recommendations to mitigate loss.
