Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is looking for dependable, hardworking Lot Porters to join our Breckenridge, TX team. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in keeping things organized and looking their best, we'd love to meet you.
As a Lot Porter, you'll play an important role in maintaining our dealership, preparing RVs and boats for display and delivery, and supporting both our Sales and Service departments. Every day is different, and your work helps create an outstanding experience for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Safely move, stage, and organize RV and marine inventory throughout the dealership.
- Wash, detail, and prepare units for customer delivery and showroom display.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment to position inventory safely and efficiently (training available for qualified candidates).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance throughout the dealership lot.
- Perform routine inspections and report any visible damage or maintenance concerns.
- Assist the Sales and Service departments with daily operational tasks.
- Help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the dealership property.
- Work outdoors in all types of weather, including heat, cold, rain, wind, snow, and humidity.
What We're Looking For
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work throughout the day.
- Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized workplace.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
