Are you an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – this is the position for you!

Daily Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, complete, and update management on clinical quality metrics and HEDIS processes and results

• Establish and maintain an action plan to improve HEDIS scores

• Implement process to request and evaluate member compliance reports for each HEDIS measure, including evaluating improvement opportunities

Hours for this Position: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Qualifications

• LPN/ LVN

• At least one year of experience of HEDIS experience- Preferred

• At least one year of experience of Quality function in a healthcare setting
