LinkTag is focused on serving IT client resourcing needs by bridging the gaps using the competencies of recruiters in an virtual recruitment model in order to meet the demands of all - clients and recruiters.

oWe are looking for a LTE Technical System Architect with following requirements

oExperience: 14 to 20yrs

oPlaying a role of an Systems Engineering Architect for more than 2 years

oExperience of architecting, defining specifications and conceptualizing a solution

oCore expertise in LTE RAN involving expertise in E-UTRAN, Base Station (eNodeB) design

oHands on domain experience in following protocol areas: MAC, Scheduler, RLC, PDCP, RRC, L1, NAS

oExperiencing in understanding customer requirement and designing complete module

oExperience in modules like RRM, SON, CAC, QoS, Scheduling, System modelling

oPreferably worked on LTE small cells technology

oDesirable:

§Experience of directly working with Network Operators and Tier-1 Telcos on systems

§Experience of directly working with standard bodies
