Introduction

The M365 AI & Collaboration Engineer – Copilot provides operational and engineering expertise for Microsoft 365 services with a focus on AI-powered workplace productivity solutions. Reporting to the Director of Intelligent Workspace, this role is responsible for the development, administration, governance, security, compliance, and adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, and related collaboration technologies. The successful candidate will help drive enterprise-scale AI enablement while ensuring operational excellence, governance adherence, and exceptional employee experience.

Your Job:

• Hands-on development of Copilot Agents. Familiar with pro-code development methodology and copilot connectors using Copilot Studio
• Implement governance policies for Copilot agents and Power Platform environments.
• Administer Power Platform environments (Dev/Test/Prod), enforce DLP policies, and monitor compliance.
• Collaborate with Security teams to package evidence for compliance audits and manage platform-security escalations.
• Maintain analytics dashboards for adoption and compliance across Copilot and Power Platform.

Required Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of experience in Microsoft 365 engineering with hands-on Power Platform administration.
• Experience operating Copilot Studio per governance standards and managing ALM in Managed Environments.
• Experience implementing security-aligned governance (labels, DLP, audit) and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform services, with a focus on agent lifecycle management, deployment pipelines, governance, and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of SharePoint architecture, Teams integration and Viva Suite configuration.
• Bacherlor's degree in a related technical discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI-driven productivity tools and automation including emerging integration options including MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Familiarity with enterprise governance frameworks and security best practices.
