Are you the next driver within Netlights M&A Advisory and Strategy team? Do you have experience from and are passionate about M&A, Due diligence, Advisory and Strategy? Do you want to leverage your insights and perspectives and take a pivotal role in shaping, driving and growing Netlights M&A Advisory offering? M&A Advisory and Strategy has been growing significantly at Netlight during the last 5+ years, developing to a highly prioritized service area and actively expanding in a global market working with both local growth funds and global large-scale funds. To continue the growth with continued high pace, we will now benefit from experience and perspectives from the commercial side within the whole M&A Advisory and strategy offering to continue our path to the next level.

Who you are

  • Master Degree in Engineering, Technology or equivalent.
  • 0,5-5 years of experience within M&A, Due diligence and/or strategy either from consulting or operational position.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English is required.
  • International mindset, as you will collaborate with Netlighters and clients across offices.

  • Take a pivotal role in building, shaping and grow Netlights strategy offering both internally and externally by being actively involved in the strategic positioning of the team and Netlight as a whole.
  • Leverage your commercial experience within M&A and Strategy and apply it into a high intense IT context to be the catalyst for commercial value creation.
  • Being a key contributor in the M&A Advisory & Strategy team with high seniority and partner involvement with a direct exposure to the client and target stakeholders creating real impact.
  • Being part of the entire project lifecycle, from active project engagement to sales, stakeholder management and strategy planning.
  • Engage yourself to drive and be the bridge to Netlights other service areas to grow and create a collaborative environment.
  • Use the role as a platform to not only evolve your advisory, strategy and leadership skills, but also to build competence and experience to take on interim roles, drive transformation projects, and working with state-of-the-art technologies at Industry leading tech companies.
